    Why is air out from seams? Is it normal?

    Bounce houses are made of sewing by hands, like our clothes. The air leakage from the seams between lines and material is normal. Therefore, keep the blower working always, not stop during inflating.

    Why there are some holes on the surface of material?

    Needle holes are a kind of guide or map to sew, which will not reduce or impact on the quality. Do not worry about it. It is ignorable. And we promise that it is not the fault of quality.

    Why does the blower stop during using?

    There is a controller of temperature when it meets the set, the blower will stop working and will continue when it is cold or down. It is not kind of fault.

    Why the carrying bag is small to the package after use?

    The bag is big enough for the original package. After use it, please roll it according to the instruction included.
